We all encounter them - the people who are boorish in meetings and talk over the top of everyone; the football player-sized guy who pounds on the table in meetings to intimidate people; the passive-aggressive person who "somehow forgets" to provide important information to people s/he doesn't like; the seemingly-meek coworker who sparks rumors that tear through the company like wildfire. Here we can talk about the challenges we encounter with these and other types of toxic people at work, and share strategies for working with them - or in spite of them!

We know that a positive, innovative workplace is the way to go - for both the people working in an organization and for the organization itself. Of course, even though we know this, it's not easy transforming from an average work environment to a positive, outstanding one.
